This Saturday is the CrossFit Central Fundraiser (Fight Gone Bad) for the Prostate Cancer Foundation and The Wounded Warrior Project. I had been going back and forth about whether or not I wanted to sign up for this event, and finally decided to force myself to register about a week or so ago.
Just in case you’re wondering exactly what the workout involves, here it is:
1 Minute each of the following exercises – 3 Rounds
500 m row (scored by amount of calories burned)
Push Press (35#)
Box Jumps (20″ box)
Sumo Deadlift High Pull (35#)
Wall Ball (12lb med ball)
Rest and then repeat 2 more times!
