Last night, Crystal tweeted a blog post from The Lifestyle of Primal Toad that asked people to list answers to the question,
 “If you could live off 10 foods, what would they be?”
Rick and I pondered our answers last night, and of course he responded with “pizza, brisket, steak, chips and salsa, cookies”..and other foods that I can’t remember. I had to think for a while about my choices. Cause they would be drastically different if you would have asked me a year ago. So based on today and if I was trying to pick the healthiest, yet some enjoyable options I’d have to say:

1. Apples (preferably Braeburn or Gala)
2. Almond Butter
3. Cashew Butter – my new favorite (from Whole Foods “grind your own”. I swear it tastes like cookie dough!)
4. Turkey
5. Beef Filet Mignon (cooked Medium Rare)
6. Avocado Kale salad (from Whole Foods Raw Bar)
7. Sweet Potatoes or Butternut Squash
8. Eggs
9. Pineapple or strawberries or maybe crisp, crunchy grapes
10. Dark Chocolate (and then I would mix it in with #2 and #3)

If I could add some BONUS foods, I’d add: Terra Chips, tortilla chips, salsa, hummus, margaritas (the real kind-not the skinny ritas) and of course either Oatmeal Choc-Chip cookies or some other dessert.
