When all else fails and I have nothing to blog about; posting recipes is my saving grace!
Saturday I posted on, Just Like Mom Never Made the delicious Chorizo and Almond Crusted Halibut recipe (although I used tilapia) from Mark Sisson’s new cookbook (pictured below). You can find that recipe here.
This cookbook is amazing and all the meals you can enjoy in less than 30 minutes. That’s faster than sitting in traffic to drive to your favorite drive-thru, sitting in line there, and driving home to eat it…not to mention it’s a hell of a lot healthier and yes, that includes Subway!
