After receiving some fishtastic tips from my friend Stephanie, I am here to tell you that I am beyond excited about eating fish again.
|Baked wild caught Mahi Mahi served with pan roasted brussel sprouts, spinach, bell pepper, squash, and mushrooms|
Sprankle with dill
FRESH lemon juice
**note: not the lemon juice that comes in the bottle. That’s what I was using before = gag me!**
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Spray fish with organic cooking spray
Squeeze fresh lemon juice
Sprankle with dill, garlic powder, cracked pepper, and any other Ms. Dash seasoning of your choice
Bake for 7-8 min.
