It’s the moment you’ve all been waiting for…..the big announcement…..

I’m launching a NEW site!
“Tell Me Mel” – don’t worry I’m taking this blog with me, but I’m adding a new spin.  I have a knack for health, I have a knack for fitness, and most of all telling it like it is – For What’s It’s Worth.
Leading up to my big reveal I have some exciting things planned to get you all more involved, providing you with information in the health, fitness, and everyday life- world.  I’m in the middle of the Metabolic Effect Hormonal Fat Loss Nutrition Certification, and hope to help you all through sharing both my own experiences, my educational background, and continually growing and learning in all areas.  I believe this is where most people fail the general population – they pick one approach; jump on the bandwagon, shout it to the rooftops, believing their way is the only way, when we all know a one-way approach will definitely send you one-way indeed; the wrong way.

So…what’s the next big reveal? I’m going to “Shake Things Up” in November and would love to have you all join me.  I’ll be releasing more details Friday and early next week – so stay tuned for a fun, interactive challenge with LOTS of giveaways.  You won’t want to miss out.  If you’re already in the fitness community I’d love to include you in the challenge as well, with collaborative posts – it’s all about fit friends helping friends get fit – and healthy!

Speaking of giveaways; last week I hosted an impromptu Instagram challenge on “National Pasta Day” asking followers to cook up an alternative to a traditional pasta dish; post the picture with the recipe and hashtag #tellmemel.  The winner would receive a Paderno World Cuisine spiral slicer to make their own zucchini noodles, sweet potato chips, apple chips, etc.

Here’s the winning submission and recipe via Ana and her pictured below with her new spiral slicer! It’s fun being a winner!
